Phone not Booting up

I have a Lumia 521 which was working perfectly, yesterday I installed a new SD card and then the Phone wont boot up. It was stuck in the Cycle of Nokia Logo, T mobile Logo and would switch off and switch on and do this over and over again.

So after hours of trying, I did HARD reset (Vol Dn + Power) then Vol Up --> Vol Dn --> Power --> Vol Dn . It went to the spinning gears so I was hoping it will take a few minutes and do a hard reset. But it again powered off.

Now it is stuck in the cycle of Nokia Logo , T mobile Logo , Spinning gears and then power down and booting up . I tried doing a hard reset again but the "!" wont come up to enter the hard reset sequence.

Any ideas are much appreciated

Is the new sd card still in it, or did you take it out?

Take it to T-Mobile and get it replaced

You may have to manually reflash the phone to get back in working condition and lose all your data. If your phone does not get out the gears mode.

You will need access to a PC to download Nokia Care Suite, so grab it from this thread

Thanks CorePC . I was able to download the product and the Firmware but I as unable to flash the phone as it keeps getting switched on and boot back up . Even when I Hold the Vol Up after the short Vibration , I get the COG wheel with Lighting Symbol but in a few seconds phone powers down and powers back up , And the program says lost connection with your device. It keeps happing . Any Ideas on how this can be resolved to go forward? Appreciate your help

Baheita - You did pull out the SD Card right

Have you tried both refurbish and recovery ?
What about test - self test ? Does it pass the self test ?
If it does not pass self test, You will need to call nokia ? or
If the phone still withing the return period from where you got it return and exchange ?

Try this once...after doing it 4 times it came...! Disconnect the charger. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down keys simultaneously. Release the pressed keys when phone vibrates and then immediately press and hold the volume down button until the phone displays an exclamation mark (!) on the screen. Release the volume down key......Then !! Then press the volume and power keys in the following order: volume up, volume down, power, and volume down. Wait and gear icon is visible it resets your phone completely....!!And the problem is solved...!! Try once...!! thanks !!

after connect your phone with pc via usb cable
