Phone not ringing

Just got my new Lumia 635 delivered. I kept the phone in full ringer. But even when the call comes it does not ring. Also I want to get rid off that sound which comes everytime I touch the screen.

I had the same thing happen - I'd suggest selecting a ring tone, and making sure the phone volume is not at 0. If you have the phone turned on with no apps running, just your live tile menu, hit the volume rocker buttons to change the volume of the ringtone and apps.

Mine started ringing silently the other day, and it turned out to be that I had renamed the ringtone file.
