Phone only mode?

I came over from Blackberry and it had a phone call only mode on the alarm. Does anyone know if this will be available on 8.1?
It is really useful when traveling to set the alarm and know that you won't hear the email pings nor vibrations, ye have the ability to have a call come in if necessary.

Just use the Quiet Hours options.
