Phone Warranty Replacement

Has any one had any luck switching out to a new phone (a 830 or HTC one) after a warranty exchange? I'm hoping my warranty exchanged 1520 keeps working great, but I want to have a plan if this screen goes to **** like the last one. I don't want to keep trying 1520s till I find one that works.
