Phone won't work after Black Update!

Hello,

I updated to Lumia Black on my Lumia 620 this morning but since my phone starts to start up and it gets to the NOKIA screen and then freezes for a min and then it restarts and does the same...

I cant access my phone now and i need help!!

read this article and try the recovery tool from nokia :- Trouble with your Nokia Windows Phone? Restore it with the official Software Recovery Tool | Windows Phone Central
also remove your memory card and copy all of it's data , you will lose all of your phone stuff , also try to format your SD card after copying it's data on a safe pc and later re-copy it after successful recovery . GOOD LUCK MATE

good luck if this does not solve , your phone might need a new battery

well it didnt work for me my phone couldnt write in the os on it and i got a new phone as replacement
