Phones for Windows 10

Now that at least some of us had a chance to get a first look at Windows 10 for phones and after Nadella stated there will be a flagship phone sometime this year, I want to pose a question:

What should the perfect phone for Windows 10 look like?

I personally would like to see a 5.5 inch screen, at the very least 2GB of RAM with 32 or 64 GB storage onboard.
Latest processor technology of course.
SD card slot for anything below 32 GB of storage.
Dual SIM, so you can combine work and private lines on one device.
NFC and wireless charging is a no brainer.
I would also love to see the 41 Megapixel camera from the 1020 in the next flagship.
I am not so sure about the design though. I do like my 1520 a lot, but I also think the Design of the Icon is quite good looking.

What do you guys think?

Still hoping for a 6in phablet with pen tech and a cherry trail SoC.

Perfect phone for me is the lumia 720 with upgraded specs and 4g.
5.5 inch screen is way to big for me..
