Photo app recommendation wanted

The "Camera" app that came with my phone stopped responding to my screen taps. I can't uninstall it for some reason but I unpinned it. I sill have Smart Shoot but it takes several photos for each tap and makes you choose one. I don't want that. The other apps I've seen all require data services and a bunch of other things. I don't mind paying but I just want a camera app that takes photos and stores them somewhere without knowing my location or using my data or anything not connected to taking photos and storing them. Is there an app like that?

You should be able to manually turn location off and then use the camera app to take your pictures.
