Photo editing apps can save in high resolution

I tried,so many photography apps..certain apps good,but,the problem is,when we save after we make editing in that apps, they save my photo in low resolution..so, what THE BEST PHOTO EDITING APPS CAN SAVE IN HIGH,RESOLUTION?plss help me..tq
