Is there any way to change the photo upload to Skydrive so it uploads at full resolution?

Is there any way to change the photo upload to Skydrive so it uploads at full resolution?

Don't use the auto upload feature in the camera settings. That will always upload using a downsampled resolution. Use the stand alone Skydrive app (available for free in the Marketplace) to upload your pictures. That will upload at full resolution.
