photos & bluetooth issue

i can't access pictures & videos which are shared by an bluetooth and usb
whatsapp folder also i can't access after8.1 update
can any one help me fem this

The only thing i can think of this problem is formatting your SDCard or do a Soft or Hard reset!!!!!
