Photos playing up after installing 8.1...

Hello, I installed 8.1 last night and all my photos are playing up, when I look at my photos they're all just gray boxes, and when I click them nothing pops up, just a black screen, this is the same for new photos as well, downloaded or taken with the camera.

Ok. Never heard that expression before..

Have you restarted your phone? Also, under settings/applications, photos/camera, reset camera might help.
