Photo's Quality Problem

Every time i add effects to a photo with any Photo editing App in my L520 i found that the photo quality is low and looks bad when i but it in my pc, my question is how to keep photo quality the same as the original photo after editing on it ?

It depends on apps. Most of them degrade the quality.(specially in6tag/instagram).
