Photos tile goes blank after a while

So I've noticed my doublewide photos tile was just a solid color. I went into the settings and tapped shuffle now. This fixes the problem, but after so many hours (not exactly sure how long), it goes back to being an empty tile.

Anyone know what's up? Thanks.

Same here, just another bug I guess.

Just want to bump up this thread. Same here. I usually just go to settings and tap "shuffle now" to force the photos live tile to show, well, photos again.

Anybody have any idea how to avoid this minor hassle? btw, on a 1520 as well.

Came in here thinking "wow, people with the same issue!" so I popped into the photo+camera settings and it turns out the tile was set to favorites, not all photos. whoops

Thing is I have pics set as favorites and it still happens.
