Photosynth Problem

Just installed this app today, and mine is like the Photosynth developer release like in the video from the front page, not like the one in the video which shows that it was released today.
Is there any reason why I would be getting the wrong one. It says I am using v1.5?

Try opening it through lenses instead of the app itself, it should show up horizontally (and without all of the black space), like in Dan's vid.
