I am trying to use this feature however it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Has this worked for anyone? I have the settings all turned on in both my phone and Surface. Thanks for any assistance.

Sometime it work from my desktop to my Surface, no the other way around.
But very often it don't work at all

I'm in Canada but set my Region on all my W10 devices to United States to have the feature appear under Cortana's notebook, but it doesn't work. Doesn't sync anything and I receive no notifications or cards.

I also tried to use it this morning, but I didn't make it. How exactly should this feature work? I have this option enabled in Cortana on both, my Lumia 730, and on my laptop.

I think it work only trough PC not phone

From what I figured, it's not that we should be able to simply push what we do with an app on mobile for example to a certain PC, but we would need to wait for Cortana to sync it... And if that is really the case, I'm not interested.
