I downloaded Lumia Camera Classic.

Where did you get this? I looked in the Store and found two camera apps, both called Lumia Camera. On the install page for one of them it said, "This app is for Windows 8.1. For Windows 10 devices, the built-in Camera app works best." The other one wouldn't even install. It said, "Lumia Camera is the optimal camera app for your device" and "This app isn't compatible with your device". In other words, the optimal app for my Lumia 930 isn't compatible with it.

There doesn't appear to be a Lumia Camera Classic app in the Store. I'm running Windows 10 and have side-loads disabled, though I can change that.

Try to check My Library, if you ever used it on 8.1 it should be available for download. If not that then Lumia Camera Beta.

Camera sensors are very good at sucking contrast, colour, light, and even detail out of a scene, leaving an image that's washed-out to some degree. The Lumia 930's sensor might be better than some at retaining these but whatever the camera, most photographers will post-process their photos to get a certain effect, whether that is the (impossible) task of trying to reproduce what they saw at the time, or for artistic or aesthetic effect. I very rarely post unprocessed photos anywhere. And as well as using Lightroom for cataloging, tagging, and small tonal changes, I use ON1 Photo 10 to do most of the processing.

The person who started this thread back in May 2014 (Guytronic) simply said, "Let's see those photos and videos shot with the L930!" without specifying whether he would prefer processed or unprocessed photos. In the two years since then, there must have been a great number of unprocessed photos of a great many different subjects and in a great many different styles, giving ample opportunity to see what the camera can do on its own.
