Picture/Video MMS Tutorial

Is there a good tutorial on how to use picture/video MMS? It is not working like I think it should but I am not sure how it is suppose to work. The user guide is lacking.

what carrier/service do you have? Sprint Verizon AT&T all have picture mail and there might be differences in the way they are used.

I have Sprint.

I am trying to figure out how picture mail is suppose to work. My plan has unlimited picture mail.

From Home >> Messages >> All Messages >> New >> Picture Message

Enter To address from address book (i.e. Myself <(214) 123-4567>
Enter Subject:
Tap Insert Photo
Tap Camera
Take Picture
Tap Return Arrow
Tap Send

Picture sends. The picture ends up in my Sprint Picture Mail Inbox on the web (http://pictures.sprintpcs.com). I am expecting it to go to my phone.

How is suppose to work? I think I need a tutorial on all the MMS capabilities. The user guide is lacking.
