I spent the weekend visiting my girlfriend in St. Louis and took some pictures with my Focus. Enjoy!

I auto-fixed some of these, but other than that, they are untouched.

Awesome pics all. I have the Samsung Focus as well and I love the pics it taka. My pics look better than many phones that are 8 MP so I guess Samsung did a really good job with the camera. I'm using board express right now so I'm not sure if I can upload photos from here or not.

Oh and the other thing that really impressed me was how well night pics come out and if it's pitch black, how well the flash works is amazing even on videos as well.

I'm pretty sure that mine are sooo far from grainy. Unless you had a 20 mp camera and you're comparing that to your focus then I'm not sure how you are seeing grainy. Is yours and your woman's device still under warranty or are you due for an upgrade? My pics are absolutely stunning compared to te previous 5 mp HTC Touch Pro 2 and the detail is so clear, I can't believe 3 mp's have increased detail that much and I'm sure it has something too do with Samsungs technology.

You post reminded me about a pic I took in St. Louis over the summer that made an awesome wallpaper for a stretch.

Just a hunch that invertme is not actually referring to graininess as much as blurriness. You might be assuming too much technical knowledge on his/her part. I've had a pretty serious issue with blurriness when taking pictures on my Focus. The phone needs some anti-shake software and using the 2-stage button amplifies the issue. If I retake the image using the screen tap it's a little better, but still troublesome.
