Went to a junkyard today, and decided to take the 1020 with me. (I use the 920 until I can pick up an unlocked 1020)

Most of these were edited afterwards in Gimp (all at the highres versions), as I didn't have time to adjust the settings before taking the pictures. Mostly just adjusting brightness and contrast, although in some cases going a little deeper and messing with colours and such.
The blurred background on the Volvo was a quick job so I didn't smooth out the transition between that and the foreground.

Went ahead an bought a tiny macro lens - magnetic attachment..

Obviously the focus area is TINY but still possible to get some nice detail (Steady hands..!!!)
Even managed to find a small alien in the forest
