I like the contrast in colours and the bokeh ...... and he fact the sun was shining and the sky was blue ha ha ;-)

Using Nokia Camera, not the stock camera found on the WP devices.
Lowering exposuer -0.5 or -1, depending on the sunlight strength and setting ISO to 100.
Put the camera on steady base (concrete, stone, chair..or whatever

Focus on far objects (use touch focus) so the close one will be blured. Make the image in 34MP so you can crop it a bit not losing to much from the quality.
