Yes, I have the same problem in low light with LC5. Lots of dots all over the picture. I don't get it. LCC doesn't do this.

Actually the beach becomes a big mudflat at low tide. This "river" is just the water flowing into the sea from a monsoon drain

I just use ProShot for low light pictures - like to fiddle with the settings for best results...
