My first foray into taking some night shots with the 920. Have had it for a week now and absolutely love it.

The last two pics were from tonight as well. I took one with the 920, then exact same spot with my wife's iPhone 5. Not meant as a bash or trying to start something, just took them for fun to see a real world comparison.

Tried another shot in my dark room. Thought it would be fitting to have Pocketnow's Taylor Martin showing off the 1020 on the screen :wink: I'm happier with this shot than the last one. The image looks a bit sharper to me.




This is a picture of a tree down this lane near the university I go to. Last time I went to uni, this tree was just a bush, probably about 1/5 the size. Thought it was pretty cool to see how much it has grown.

finally!!! a day to put the lumia 920 in good use after the amber update ;]
its mid-autumn festival so here comes some pictures!

first.. an attempt on the moon. full auto. n of course its overexposed

then I played around the settings (im an amateur...): manual focus (furthest), ISO-200, 1/2500 sec

ISO-200, 1/500 sec, maximum zoom

ISO-100, 1/1600 sec, zoomed

I reallllllllllllllllly wished I had the lumia 1020.... its finally releasing in my country n I think im going to get it. heheheheheheh

my cousins had a iphone 4s and a galaxy s3. I felt so good tht they couldn't take pics of the moon like the lumia
we took some portrait pics with the lumia too. and they turned out quite nice. much better than I expected. I love pureview :]
