Try opening this pic on PC and it will look sharp. This is just the way Pictures Hub deals with pics - it lowers the quality for faster loading. Also try using HD Photo Viewer (available in store), it shows full-res pics unlike built-in Pictures Hub.

It is called jpeg post processing. Nokia don't want to remove it.
