You're a trained photographer, aren't you? These images seem to be ones done by someone who knows how to work within the limits of a system. If not you need to start expanding past using a phone. I mean that as a compliment.

The phone does take great pictures. It you have a natural eye for perspective and composition. Seriously you need to invest in a slr and pursue it if you enjoy it. I have been a photographer for 7 years and train under a very good photographer. Some people just have a natural eye for it. And you seem to be one of those.

I've owned the Lumia 920 since launch and the camera has improved greatly since then. I always clean the glass covering the lens before taking any photos as the increase in photo clarity is very noticeable.

I took this photo while on my lunch break while at the hospital. Stepped outside, it was a gloomy day, but the natural frame of the trees was just perfect. I initially took the photo in auto mode, and subsequently added a black and white filter from my computer.



The following picture is a gift I was making for a friend, a collection of memories. The front page had her quote. I manually adjusted the focus to give clarity to the text but blur out the wax seal, smoke and calligraphy pen.
