Pin folder on start screen

Is there a file explorer app, which allows me to create custom tiles , that open up the respective file explorer showing a certain folder, e.g. opening the Video folder on the SD card?

There are only two file explorer apps. One is free and the other is paid. Neither seem to support Start screen pinning as far as I can tell.
