PIN lock problem with Lumia 640XL

I had downloaded Upgrade Advisor and install windows 10 update in my Lumia 640 XL , problem is only that " it has no password on screen lock" what is that issue? anyone help me , i had made a hard reset also , but no fixing of error .. anyone for solution ?

this is not a bug, you might have not been able to find the correct settings.

settings>personalization>lock screen>sign in options>pin

as you will open the pin you might be prompted to put in your Microsoft account password , do that and then you can enter your desired numeric pin which will lock your device

on top there is another option > require sign in here you could choose when and after how long will the phone ask for pin
