Pin music to home screen?

This may be a silly question, but I can't figure out how to pin a direct shortcut to my music on my home screen.

I only have the "music + videos" app, which always shows music, videos, podcasts, etc.

I can pin albums, artists and playlists, but how do I pin "music"? Same with podcasts, is there a one click wat to get to all my podcasts?

You can pin everything except actual songs when you're in the music section, but you can't pin music itself.

You can also pin music apps. So for eg:

You can pin Nokia music, or podcaster.

You can pin individual pod casts, or artists, albums or playlists.

But not a generic "music" one apart from the xbox music

That's what I thought. Too bad. You'd think that's a basic feature. I have an HTC 8x so no Nokia music

Its that it only takes two clicks to get into music, so its deemed un-nessicary, same with pictures.

But like i say, you can pin playlists. So just make a few playlists and pin them.

Use "group tiles" (free app) to make a section header on your home screen.

Hey presto, fav music collection on start.
