I may be making the jump from android to Windows mobile however there's one thing holding me back. My car stereo is connected to my android device via a 3rd party app called ARlibertor is there such an app available for windows mobile? It outputs my phone to the screen.

I'm thinking of getting App Radio 3 and I have a lumia 920. Did you find an answer elsewhere? Did you get the phone and try it out?

Any update on this? I also want to go to a windows phone, but don't want to give up access to my App radio. I currently have an android?

I own a Pioneer stereo and at the moment, there is no App Radio support for Windows Phone.
