pissed of at nokia india

hey guys i have a nokia lumia 720 and it has been replaced twice and even this time it has some display problem and i dont wanna go the care center again cause then they give the phone to the main center which takes 10 to 15 days to repair it which was till now a waste cause at the end i got a spoilt phone again so should i file a case in consumer court ? if yes then how do i do it. am from mumbai

it goes on opening apps swiping left right am not even able to use it until i press the lock key and give it rest and then after 5mins use it again then again after awhile same thing happens

I was facing this problem; but some update (before Amber) fixed it. I am not facing this problem since about 30-40 days.
