play video out to TV

Someone please I am trying to play the video from my blackjack on a TV. I have bought two different cables that say they are for the blackjack but on one all I get is the audio. The other one still no video and the audio comes in and out because the tty enabled/disabled keeps poping up. I know this is possable wether it's a setting or a registry hack..... someone please help
