Please help as I bought 32GB memory card class 10

I bought new memory card 32Gb today of SanDisk Class 10 for Lumia 720 on wp8.0 GDR3, but I have duplicate problem in new memory card, so any suggestions.
what to do?

Upgrade to 8.1, Problem solved. This problem existed for me too in 8.0, now its gone with 8.1

videos & music whereas photos don't
as no hard reset due to non-availability of Whatsapp so my another question is with wp8.1 this problem is solved

Upgrade to 8.1, Problem solved. This problem existed for me too in 8.0, now its gone with 8.1

moreover one question if I done hard reset then start phone with backup then I will get Whatsapp?

First of all, why the sense of urgency ? (you mentioned '... help fast ...') Do you think it's somehow in the sdCard ?

Second - Whatsapp will be back, Google it for Windows phone, it's simply unavailable for the next week (or so). Going thru some bug fixes. Relax, breathe ... it'll all settle out !

if you don't want help its ok, as its urgent to me as I spend 1600 Indian rupee on SD Card & still I got double music & videos file on my phone
I searched forum & only option in wp8.0 is hard reset so I panicked because if I hard reset then no Whatsapp till upgradation that's I don't want so I will wait Whatsapp to publish for hard reset my phone

Format the card, reset the phone. Re-sync everything and the duplicate music files will be gone. Happened in Lumia 1320 when I had WP8.0. You will have to re-download apps though!

if I done hard reset then is it possible to download WhatsApp via backup or via reinstall option from purchase history without opening app.

I format sd card 2-3 but still problem of duplicate files in music & videos.

Only hard reset will help you

You don't have to do a hard reset yet.

Delete all the music and videos from your phone using the Music+Video app. Do not delete using a computer. After deletion, soft reset your phone and see if any files are listed in the app. There shouldn't be any. Now transfer all your music and videos back onto your phone. If necessary, copy the music and videos onto your computer before deleting them from the phone. It is important that you delete the files using the Music+Videos app.
