Please help!! Audio problem in NL 920

There is no audio coming from music player or any apps unless I'm using headset. Yes my phone's speaker not working for apps but working fine when I get a call,message,email etc.. Please help me guys.... Pardon me for my English.

Press and hold the Power and Volume Down keys at the same time for 10-15 seconds. Let go and the phone will restart.

Backup your whole phone and do a full reset.

this problem still exists in my phone. I think it's firmware problem because in speaker mode my phones works perfectly. but when i switch back to normal mode .. the person cant hear my voice. It's cancelling my voice. I've been experiencing this issue for last two years 😂😂
