Poki developers response to W10 update...

So, I've paid $5 for the universal PC and phone app.

In the last 5 months or so I've asked two questions on twitter to @pokiapp developer of poki for windows

"Your text to speech for articles isn't supported on PC at all. Think this will be updated?"

"Any time frame on when the app will be updated for W10?"

Seriously what kind of developer behaves like this to a paying customer?

I have sent them a mail two months ago and still no reply.

Edit: The dev replied on twitter finally.
