Pole extender for Lumia 1020 w/ Camera Grip attached?

I'm looking for the best pole extender that I could use for my 1020 with the camera grip attached and for my GoPro as well.

I've seen some poles that allow you to click from the pole in order to take a picture from the device it holds (primarily smartphones since GoPro you could use the WiFi controller or the app). Any recommendations?
