Transparent Tiles are a must have for many apps

After using transparent icons to make a more minimalist look on my Android Phone I was hooked and was one of the reasons I decided to go insider for windows 10 on my Lumia 640 so I could get access to transparent icons as well.

Microsoft need to make all their own apps have a transparent icon choice. Currently I can't add OneNote for instance as it would look completely out of place on my start screen. I also second the notion of being able to remove the icon text as well. Currently the only way to do so is to use the smallest tile.
