Poor Charging after latest Microsoft Update

So, got a notification today that my AT&T 640 Gophone needed a Restart after downloading some update from Microsoft. Went ahead and restarted my phone and now my charging rate is even worse than it was after I upgraded to W10.

Now, with WiFi on and surfing forums with Mtalk, my charger is making no headway and is actually losing ground. Charger is the original unit that came with the phone from MS.

Why you think is the charging rate? and not the OS consuming more battery, a lot of times after an update the phone is still doing some background work so it might be that, or just a worse battery usage in the build, my 640 LTE is doing fine though.

Now if you really worry about charging rate, I might suggest upgrading to a quickcharger, I'm using one and it reduced considerably my charge time
