Poor connection

Does anyone else experience call drops/voice dropping with their surface? even connected to wifi im experiencing drops with ATT sitting at 1 bar ish most of the time but even with my WIFI they drop. Didnt have this experience with my wifi, even sitting in the same spot for work I always do at home...

Microsoft is going to send me another Duo to try that, though from what I read I doubt that will work. Whole thing is very frustrating, since it doesn't work... as a phone. Even on Wifi-Calling.

Unfortunate, because my Iphone feels like crap compared to the duo. I can deal with the bugs, the screen staying black sometimes on lockscreen, the pictures from 2004... but I can't (for work purposes) deal with not having a smidgen of Signal.
