Poor PDF experience

Am i missing something or there is not a single proper PDF reader? Tried a couple of them, the most 'complete' one seems to be offcourse Adobe Reader. If PDF has a picture or something, it takes ages for it to properly display (clear image and text). There's no text-reflow? Is this normal, i've always read .epubs, do other systems such as Android have text-reflow for PDF files?

On windows 8, it is great, but sadly, I admit it sucks on WP8.

How the F can this be, it is a P D F file, not some random extension that no one uses. Just sent the same file to my friend with Galaxy S2, said it opened in an instant and without any hassle. For me it's all blury and slowly starts to clear out, like in the bad action movie when they zoom in on the licence plate.. slower then that.
