Possible reason for instagram issues, looking for fixes

I am on WP7 and been using #2IWML and Pictastic, and I get asked for the captcha on a per use basis. Now, here's the thing I noticed. Even after granting permission to the app so it could function (through verification screen on built-in browser) they don't appear on the list of approved apps on my instagram account through the PC (its just blank). This is probably why captchashave become so frequent lately. Any fixes?

I'm not sure what you mean by "list of approved apps". I do not see any apps listed when I log in to my Instagram account in a desktop PC browser. I never see those captchas when I upload pictures using 2Instawithmassivelove.
