Possible Split Screen

Hello, today I noticed something weird on my Lumia 635 with the las W10 build (10536) when I keep pressing the Windows button and I want to show you, I don't know if it will be a new feature or a bug.

Are you living under a rock?
It's a feature, first introduced like nearly a month ago for only bigger devices, then with the most recent 10536 build for all devices. It recieved coverage on WindowsCentral multiple times. However it's not related to split-screen at all, it's used to help you reach the top of your device with more ease.
