Possible to select contacts whose calls are hearable in silent mode?

Is it possible to select specific contacts whose calls will always be hearable, even when the phone is in silent modus? For example your kids' school, parents, partner etc.

Yes if your phone can run Cortana, it's called 'quiet hours' which keeps the phone silent but allows you to set certain conditions for a call/text to come through.
