I hope you payed attention because stereo chemistry can have big influences on how a drug works. The most "famous" on is Softanon. One version(the wanted one) was to "relax" but the stereo one caused the terrible disfiguration of unborn baby's.

Yup! Not only that thalidomide, teratogenicity is crucial indeed ... Of course Using EWGs & EDGs not only changes the Electronegativity of the compound but also the activity depending on the same concept as well. ' I have seen that personally & also in the exam '
