How can I get my Lumia look as cool as yours? What apps did you use? Because that looks awesome.
Edit: My guess is you have an Android phone, HTC or something.

You can do the same with just a wallpaper.
and some help with "empty tiles" or any other app who provides dead tiles on your homescreen.
All you have to do is lining up the smal tiles at the bottom.

Here's a example with only the themecolor, so you can see the layout.
The second one is with a wallpaper.
You just have to see it ;-)
