Please note, the arrow location is based on my phone's virtual navigation bar and may or may not look the same on your device. I used the base wallpaper (below) and added a couple of elements to make the lockscreen. Enjoy!

I know about "letter clock" and "design time", but none seem to have an actual live tile

It's Analog clock tile. Hope it went right this time!
