That's Music Hub Tile app. It gives the ability to access the old built-in music player. Aka Zune from WP7. I'm not a fan of the new Xbox Music app.

Hey uhmm... Where is this "tile art" app? I thought I already downloaded it, but now I can't find it on my phone, nor is it in the store by that name.
