It's not quite ready yet (still waiting for my PSU and needs to be assembled from scratch since the parts are all still in the box^^) but since I'm not going to change anything I thought I just post the specs of my new build:
Updated Specs:
Mainboard: ASRock H87 Pro4 (Socket 1150)
CPU: Intel i3-4130 @ 3.4GHz
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R7 260X 2GB OC Edition

PSU: SeaSonic S12II-620 (620W)
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 120GB (for OS and maybe the most important programs)
HDD: 3.5TB - 2x Western Digital WD Caviar Blue 1TB, 64MB Cache; 1x Samsung HD154UI 1.5TB (from an ext. LaCie drive)
ext. HDD: 1x Western Digital My Book 500GB via USB 2.0
ODD: Samsung SE-506BB external Blu Ray Writer (white)
Case: Corsair Graphite Series 230T (orange with window)
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit Home Premium
Mouse/Keyboard: Roccat Kone [+] / Microsoft Sidewinder X6
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster P2250w (22", 16:10, max. Res. 1680x1050, no HDMI)
Speaker: Logitech Z4 2.1-channel
I may replace the monitor, mouse and keyboard this year as well as install up to 3 additional fans (maybe with a fan speed control panel but that's quite unsure).
I'll post pics as soon as I've assembled it (may take a few days as I'm still waiting for the PSU to arrive).
It's my first self-assembled desktop PC but I suck pretty bad at cable management^^
Edit:
Desktop set-up added:
Edit 2:
Did some cable management while I had the case open today.
Even if there is much room for improvement, I think it looks much better than before
