Powershell error message

I get a pop up window saying "Powershell has stopped working" in Windows 10 and Windows will try to find a solution (no solution found yet). I have to close the window. Otherwise everything is working fine. The frequency of the pesky msg seems to vary (most of the time it is seldom but still annoying.) Appreciate any solution. Powershell itself seems to open correctly when opened from Apps list.

I run PS all day long (it's part of my job) and have never seen this error. I wonder if a clean install would help? Or perhaps install any of the latest VS releases...I recall most have newer PS, so there's a good chance you would get updated bits and that might fix you problem.
