Pre-ordering on Xbox One

I'm trying to preorder the new Dragon Ball Fighters game so that I can get on the beta early this weekend if I pre-order now with my PayPal will they charge me immediately or how does that work I noticed when I looked at it and hit the pre-order option it says up to 10 days before the game comes out but it also says it will charge you immediately
