Saw the lumia commercial today and saw this link:

Go there and click the link to the right that says: "Apply now/ Customize your Phone"
You can select different tiles to add, different color 920's, different tile colors, change the background color, ect.
To resize tiles or move them simply hold left click over them.
Sorry if this is old news, I had some fun playing with it for a while though waiting until my delivery tomorrow and I didn't see anyone posting this site.
