Price drop on surface tablet

I am in the market of getting a surface tablet and was wondering if 299 was a good deal for 64gb. Microsoft is selling them on ebay for that price and I would like a second opinion before I drop that much on it.

I just paid $329.00 plus $79.00 for the 64GB and black touch cover from the Microsoft store...

I'd say $299.00 is an acceptable deal for the RT 64 gigabyte version.
I really like the one I have ...

It's the RT. When Microsoft introduced the 2nd generation Surface tablets they were concerned that there wouldn't be enough confusion so they decided to rename the first generation Surface RT tablets to simply Surface to keep the confusion going.
